Shipping Policy


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada only. Orders with delivery addresses outside these regions cannot be fulfilled at this time.

For shipments to Canada, international import regulations may apply. Please note that duties, taxes, or customs fees may be assessed by Canadian authorities or carriers. Additional information is provided in the relevant sections below.


2. Order Processing Time

Once payment is successfully confirmed, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays, including U.S. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Canadian Thanksgiving. These days are not counted toward processing or delivery timelines.

Canadian Orders:
Orders shipping to Canada may require an additional 1–2 business days of processing time. This allows us to verify shipping information, prepare required customs documentation (such as commercial invoices), and ensure compliance with Canadian import regulations.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timeframes begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

  • U.S. Standard Shipping:
    Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Canada Shipping:
    Estimated delivery is 10–25 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. This timeframe accounts for international transit and potential customs clearance delays.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Carriers

  • United States:
    Domestic orders are primarily shipped via USPS.

  • Canada:
    International shipments are typically handled by USPS International. The final carrier may vary based on destination, package weight, and the shipping service selected.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number:

  • U.S. orders offer full tracking throughout the delivery process.

  • Canadian orders may have limited tracking once the package reaches Canadian customs. Further updates may be available through the local postal service (e.g., Canada Post) or the carrier’s international tracking portal.


5. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment.

  • U.S. Orders:
    Tracking updates are continuous from shipment to delivery.

  • Canadian Orders:
    Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear initially. Once the shipment leaves the U.S., updates may become less frequent. For the most current status, we recommend checking the local postal service’s website using your tracking number.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as “delivered” but not received, please follow the steps below:

U.S. Orders

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., mailroom or front desk).

  2. Contact USPS directly using your tracking number for detailed delivery information.

Canadian Orders

  1. Allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe to account for customs or international transit delays.

  2. Use your tracking number to check with the local postal service or customs authorities, as packages may be held pending duties, taxes, or documentation.

  3. Check with household members, neighbors, or nearby postal locations.

If the Package Is Still Missing

  • U.S. Orders: Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.

  • Canadian Orders: Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.
